In compliance with the valid Patent law, the intellectual Property Office of the Republic of Serbia has the obligation to collect and maintain the patent documentation and make available to the public the national patent applications (A or A1, A2, A3 documents) and the registered national patents (B documents- patent documents) and petty patents (U or MP documents).
On the RS Publication Server, national patent documents can be found which have been published in the period since 1921 to the present moment.
RS Publication Server is updated bimonthly, with the issuing of the Intellectual Property Gazette. Since 2010, The Intellectual Property Gazettes can be taken over in the electronic form on the web site of the IPO at the address
